Do you have a store, can I just walk in?
We are an online store, but we love meeting fellow bra makers. You are welcome to come and visit us and buy your bra making supplies but you need to make an appointment. Alternatively, you can order via our online store. EDIT: Due to COVID we no longer accept visits or collections in store. Curbside collections will be available to clients who live close-by.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm. Inquiries receive outside of these times will be answered the next business day.
Can I come and collect my parcel?
Yes, if you collect it yourself and make an appointment. Unfortunately, courier companies are notorious for not arriving at the agreed time. Please select Aramex if you would like your parcel delivered to your door.
What shipping options do you offer?
- Aramex, delivery to your door the next day in main centres, add an extra day or two for out laying areas. Our favourite method of shipping.
- Postnet to Postnet, ship from counter to counter, you must collect from Postnet. Takes 2 to 3 days.
- Paxi from Pep Stores, takes 7 to 9 working days, collect from Pep Store.
When will I receive my parcel?
We aim to ship as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days. The final delivery time will depend on the shipping option you choose. Aramex is the fastest and our favourite and Paxi the cheapest and takes the longest. If you need your parcel by a specific date, kindly please advise prior to placing your order since rush shipments are not always available.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, in the store we have a card machine. Online we use PayFast secure direct EFT.
How do I return a purchase?
You may return most new, unopened items, excluding patterns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Do you do colour matching?
No, we don’t. It is a specialist job. We only keep a limited range of dye in colours for our purpose.
The bulk of our elastics are hand dyed on our premises. Colours can vary slightly between different products and materials. Different materials absorb dye differently, which can cause slight colour variations.
