Shopping
Do you have a store? Can I walk in?
We are an online store only, so we do not offer walk-in shopping. Please place your order through our website, or feel free to message us on WhatsApp if you need assistance. Curbside collections are available.
Customer Service Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Enquiries received outside these hours will be answered on the next available business day.
Shipping
Can I collect my parcel?
Yes, self-collection is available strictly by appointment.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship using The Courier Guy, Internet Express, Pargo, Breaze Delivery, RAM and SkyNet.
Delivery is R117.60 within Gauteng and R117.60 to the rest of South Africa for parcels that fit into a flyer bag.
Pargo Pickup Point Delivery is also available.
If your parcel exceeds the size of a flyer bag, we will notify you before dispatch, as higher shipping rates may apply.
When will I receive my parcel?
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, usually withing 7 working days.
If your order is needed by a specific date, please ensure that you have planned ahead as rush order processing is not available.
Rush order processing is not available, as all orders are handled in the order they are received.
Payment
Can I pay by card online?
Yes. Checkout offers PayFast, Paystack, Stitch Express and Yoco.

Can I pay by card when collecting my order in person?
Yes, a card machine is available.
Returns
How do I return a purchase?
You may return most new, unopened items (excluding patterns) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return shipping costs will also be covered if the return is due to our error (for example, an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds are usually process within four weeks of handing your parcel to the return courier, although many refunds are completed sooner.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions.
Dye Work
Do you do colour matching?
No, we do not offer colour matching, as this is a specialist service. We keep a limited range of dye colours for our own production purposes.
Hand-Dyeing
Many of our elastics may be hand-dyed on our premises.
Please note that colours may vary slightly between products, materials and dye batches, as different fabrics absorb dye differently.
